"Snow and Fall Colors in the Eastern Sierra" I captured this image a few years ago just after a first snowfall with the fall colors. It started out around 90 degrees and quickly changed within a few days to get this crisp snowfall. This is located in Inyo National Forest in the Eastern Sierras outside Lee Vining. This image spoke to me as I saw the curves along the colorful treeline and the layers of hills and mountains in the background. The light dusting of snow offsets the colorful fall colors in the Aspens and pines. Don't forget to eat at the Whoa Nellie Deli for some of the most amazing food after a day of shooting!
