"Morning Light on Snowy Trees" Yosemite National Park.
"Morning Light on Snowy Trees" Yosemite National Park. I captured this in February while up in Yosemite with the family. While all the photographers were focused on Half Dome and El Capitan from Tunnel View, I noticed the morning light and clouds on this tiny patch of trees way up on the Granite Cliffs above Yosemite that glowed! I love looking for the ways the light bring focus to areas like this. You can see how the light hits the tops of the cliff first and almost pours down like a waterfall to the trees. The snow and the clouds also really help complete this for me offset by the blue skies and granite cliffs and trees in shade and nice contrast. Ahhh... Nothing better than a view of Yosemite with snow on the cliffs! How about you?! Please like and share if you enjoy it!
